 液压隔膜计量泵也叫柱塞隔膜计量泵的一种，是结合柱塞式计量泵和隔膜式计量泵的特点而设计的一种计量泵。

 该计量泵与被计量介质介质接触部分为隔膜，而驱动部分为液压柱塞。由于隔膜根据被计量介质的不同可选用不同的材质，如海波隆（CSM）、氟化橡胶（FPM）、泰氟隆（PTFE）等，而液压驱动可实现高压计量的需要，所以柱塞隔膜计量泵的使用领域和工矿压力大大提高。
